Construction for The Woodlands at Stonebrook, a new 41 apartment community for those 55+ will commence with a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, September 22nd at 9am.
The apartment project will be constructed by Longwell Builders, LLC as part of the current Stonebrook Townhome and Cottage Community located at 30 Stonebrook Drive in Fairport. The Woodlands apartments will offer independent, senior living apartments with services, programs and be managed by Fairport Baptist Homes. The apartment community features; one and two bedroom apartments, dining room with dining services for residents, and an array of senior services provided by Fairport Baptist Homes SOFI program (Senior Options for Independence). The new senior apartment community features one and two bedroom apartments with rates beginning at approximately $2250 per month, inclusive of services with no buy-in or entrance fees.
