Call Matt at 388.2314 to select your preferred floor plan and location.  Our two bedroom and one bedroom apartments with patio/balcony will be reserved very quickly.  For a VERY LIMITED TIME there is NO COST TO YOU to hold an apartment.  We will pre-reserve it for you as a courtesy until our deposit agreements are available so don’t delay, ACT NOW.

(In the future a completed application  and $750 deposit will reserve your location. This $750 deposit will be credited to your one month’s rent security deposit which will required at occupancy/lease signing.

There is no entrance fee at The Woodlands and  rents range $2250-$2800 per month.

Welcome Executive Director, Matt VanAuker

Fairport Baptist Homes welcomes Matt VanAuker, newly appointed Executive Director for the upcoming Woodlands senior living community. Matt will oversee the operation of The Woodlands; a new, 41 apartment, senior living community located at 10 Stonebrook Drive off route 31 in Fairport. The Woodlands will feature a restaurant and bar with flexible dining packages, worry- free maintenance services, housekeeping, cultural programs for residents, services from Senior Options for Independence (SOFI) and priority consideration to the continuum at Fairport Baptist Homes.

Matt graduated with honors from SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Before joining FBH, Matt was Resident Services Manager at an upscale independent living community; he completed internships at other area senior living communities/nursing homes and worked with Active Older Adults for several years at the Northwest Family YMCA.

Matt was recently married to wife, Lindsay and they live in Brighton. On weekends, you can catch Matt running at local road races.

Groundbreaking The Woodlands at Stonebrook

Construction for The Woodlands at Stonebrook, a new 41 apartment community for those 55+ will commence with a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, September 22nd at 9am.

The apartment project will be constructed by Longwell Builders, LLC as part of the current Stonebrook Townhome and Cottage Community located at 30 Stonebrook Drive in Fairport.  The Woodlands apartments will offer independent, senior living apartments with services, programs and be managed by Fairport Baptist Homes.  The apartment community features; one and two bedroom apartments, dining room with dining services for residents, and an array of senior services provided by Fairport Baptist Homes SOFI program (Senior Options for Independence).  The new senior apartment community features one and two bedroom apartments with rates beginning at approximately $2250 per month, inclusive of services with no buy-in or entrance fees.  For more information call 585.388.2314
